An 18-year-old from Haverhill appeared in court Monday to face a murder charge in connection with a fatal shooting last fall. Police arrested Hector Mota on several charges linked to the killing of Hugo Delrosario, 27, of Lawrence, according to Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker’s Office.
