Petex, who had been elected departmental since 2015 and a member of parliament since 2021, said she was disgusted by "too much political politics".
The elected of Haute-Savoie reveals that he has received "criticism" and "threats", and denounces "politician politics" which, according to him, animates the debates in the Assembly.
The 45-year-old elected official announced on Thursday her resignation from her positions as a member of parliament and departmental councillor, "following too much, too much of everything," she explained.
Arrested for several months, the former elected candidate also announced that he would resign as departmental councillor.
