News that the Carlton school board finally realized the old high school is unusable comes just a few years too late. I wish that decision had been made before Carlton County voters were asked to pay for a huge new Justice Center just outside of town. We could have torn down the old school and built the new courthouse on that site, keeping downtown Carlton the bustling small town center it has...
