Tenri University Library in Tenri, Nara Prefecture, announced on the 10th that it had discovered the handwritten manuscripts of novels "Botchan" and "I Am a Cat" by Natsume Soseki, a Meiji era literary master whose whereabouts had been unknown. The library purchased the manuscripts from a used bookstore in 2019. They will be made available to the public in Tokyo and other areas from May.
