The police are ignoring the fact that the Bergen man was actually subjected to serious and racist violence in Nygårdsparken. Now he himself is being charged.

A 25-year-old man reported a violent racist attack in Nygårsdsparken last September. He has now been charged with making a false statement, the State Attorney's Office says.

The prosecution has made a decision in the case that outraged Bergen.
