For the fourth time in less than two years, Hallsville voters will be casting ballots Tuesday on a proposed use tax. Hallsville voters rejected a use tax in April and twice in 2024. If approved, city administrator Kenyetta Sample says the use tax would apply to internet purchases and purchases outside Hallsville.
