In its regular monthly meeting in Memphis, Texas, June 9, 2025, Hall County commissioners approved a 75% property tax abatement agreement (in 10 separate annual phases) for a Lancium “Clean Campus” data center to be located south of Turkey, Texas. Lancium, according to its CEO Michael McNamara last week, had requested an 85% abatement.
