Hall & Prior acquires Lake Cathie Manor for 15th aged care home in NSW

Hall & Prior has added another home to its growing New South Wales portfolio, acquiring Lake Cathie Manor, a 129-bed aged care home on the state’s Mid North Coast that only opened last year. Located near Lake Cathie Beach, about 300km north of Sydney, the single-storey facility includes dining rooms, sitting areas, a cinema, and a hair salon.
