In Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, a dispute between neighbors over a borewell motor escalated into a shameful incident. A woman was allegedly stripped naked and brutally beaten on the street. After a video of the incident went viral, police arrested the main accused, and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu ordered strict action.

The dispute reportedly escalated after a member of the woman's family intervened. Police said Venkatramanamoorthi, along with his sister and others, allegedly assaulted the woman and publicly humiliated her by forcibly stripping her on the roadside.
