GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)-The Gulfport Police Department has named a new deputy police chief. Clayton Fulks was just named to the role, following the retirement of outgoing Deputy Chief Heather Dailey. Fulks has served in a variety of roles with the department, most recently serving in the support bureau.
