CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) - Two Charlotte executives were convicted by a jury for failing to pay taxes to the IRS on its employees, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of North Carolina announced. Charlotte residents Richard Brasser, 57, and Gregory Gentner, 52, were both found guilty of failing to account for and pay over trust fund taxes.
