Grzegorz Wićniewsk: Will the EU succeed in rebuilding the European photovoltaic industry

In her State of the Union address in September, EC President Ursula von der Leyen drew attention to the problem of access to green technologies, including photovoltaics. In part, she admitted that this is the result of short-sightedness or lack of decisive action by the EU itself and its Member States.
