Groundbreaking set for affordable housing development in Sanford

The city of Sanford and Brick Capital Community Development Corp. will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday, Oct. 28, for W.T. Wilson Ridge, a new affordable housing development that will eventually include 48 single-family homes and a 16-unit apartment complex.
