During a renewed inspection of the residential complex at Groner Landstraße 9, 9a, and 9b, the City of Göttingen examined the vacancy rate in the building. A total of 121 vacant apartments with broken or missing apartment doors were identified. Additional apartments are unoccupied but locked. It is assumed that at least one-third of the apartments are vacant.
