(KOIN) — After he kidnapped and raped two women in 2023, a Gresham man will now spend more than 33 years in prison, a judge ruled Monday.  In August, a Clackamas County jury convicted 31-year-old Julio Cesar Escamilla-Ramos of two counts of first-degree kidnapping, two counts of first-degree rape, four counts of sexual abuse and sodomy.
