Greenville Summit affordable housing undergoes $12M rehabilitation

Developers broke ground on a $12 million rehabilitation of the Greenville Summit on May 19. The 114-year-old building located at 201 W. Washington St. in downtown Greenville provides affordable housing to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
