Grand Park is throwing a free block party to celebrate Los Angeles

Downtown Los Angeles’ Grand Park is back in a party mood and throwing a block party this weekend. Previously scheduled for the Fourth of July weekend, “Grand Park’s Block Party: Celebrating L.A.
