GELORA.CO - - The Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia issued a rare call, asking the country's soldiers to be ready to sacrifice their lives against the Houthi group in Yemen. The rare but firm message was delivered by Saudi Grand Mufti Sheikh Saleh bin Fawzan Al-Fawzan to soldiers stationed at the border while quoting verses of the Koran and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW related to jihad and sacrificing lives in the path of Allah.
The Mufti-General of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Saleh bin Fawzan bin Abdullah al-Fawzan, called for "unification of ranks and cooperation in the face of Al-Houthi and the restoration of stability in Yemen."
