Grand Forks MPO's transportation plan will be based off 30-year, 0.8% population growth rate

GRAND FORKS – The Grand Forks-East Grand Forks Metropolitan Planning Organization is looking ahead to what the greater Grand Forks area’s population may be in 30 years, and how that might affect traffic and transportation.
