GRAND FORKS — A Grand Forks man appeared in court on two felony charges Thursday, May 8, after law enforcement recently pulled him over and allegedly found methamphetamine and paraphernalia on his person. Timothy George Clark, 54, is charged with Class A felony possession of at least 50 grams of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and Class C felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
