Chanel Signs Singer Gracie Abrams as Coco Mademoiselle Ambassador
The singer-songwriter joins Chanel’s fragrance roster as the new scent debuts with grapefruit, lychee, rose and jasmine notes.
- On Thursday, Chanel named singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams the face of Coco Mademoiselle Crush Absolu, marking a major celebrity partnership for the luxury fragrance brand.
- Developed by in-house perfumer Olivier Polge, the ambery fragrance features grapefruit, lychee, rose, and jasmine, marking the first new addition to the Coco Mademoiselle franchise in six years.
- "Gracie naturally embodies the spirit of Chanel," said Thomas du Pré de Saint Maur, Head of Creative Resources Fragrance & Beauty. Abrams called the partnership "unreal."
- Abrams joins previous ambassadors including actress Whitney Peak, actress Margot Robbie, and actress Keira Knightley; actor Jacob Elordi was recently named face of Bleu De Chanel.
- The fragrance launches on August 19 at Chanel counters in two sizes: 50ml for £140 and 100ml for £188, making the scent available to consumers globally.
