North Dakota Highway Patrol Warns of Stiff Penalties for Extreme Speeding

FARGO — The North Dakota Highway Patrol is warning drivers after pulling over several motorists for speeding more than 40 mph over the limit in recent days. In one case, a driver was clocked at 109 mph in a 65 mph zone.
