On Saturday night, the governor of Santa Cruz, Juan Pablo Velasco, arrived in the municipality of San Julián to hold a dialogue with the people mobilized in search of a solution that allows to lift the blockades. "We do not want blood to spill in the department or in the country. That is why we have come to dialogue and try to lift the blockade", said the authority before installing the dialogue table with the mobilized sectors.
The governor of Santa Cruz, Juan Pablo Velasco, announced this Saturday that he will personally try to lead a dialogue management in San Julián to achieve the lifting of the blockade that persists in that locality and avoid any intervention by the Police and the Armed Forces.
