Gov. Mifflin rolled to an 11-1 win in five innings over Ephrata on Friday in the semifinals of the District 3 Class 6A baseball tournament at Shillington. It was the teams’ second matchup of the season; the Mustangs (24-1) won the first meeting 6-4 on April 5.
