A total of 228 books were donated to the manuscript library in Kastamonu. Governor Meftun Dallı thanked the donors, Abdullah Özengici and Tuncay Sakallıoğlu, and stated that the library is the most capacious among the manuscript libraries located in 17 provinces across Türkiye.
