In the social and political fields, Newton's third law is equally applicable: "For every action there is an equal or opposite reaction." This is what happens every time a situation arises that can create social dislocations and forces the ruler in power to address and submit administrative projects for approval to address matters of need or high public interest for citizens, such as the current "Four Tracks" controversy.
