At Google I/O 2025, the tech giant unveiled new capabilities coming to NotebookLM, its AI-based note-taking and research assistant.

Google is working on a new feature to generate summaries in video format, Video Overviews, in its NotebookLM wizard, which will use user-shared sources and documents to create short videos that will combine informative audio and more accessible illustrated content with images.
