Goodspeed Musicals names new managing director following year-long search

Goodspeed Musicals has named Vanessa Logan as its new managing director following a year-long search, the theater announced. Logan, who will begin working at the East Haddam-based theater company in August, began her arts leadership career in Connecticut as the administrative director of Connecticut Dance Theatre from 1996 to 2004.
