Gladys Berejiklian to appeal ICAC findings of serious corrupt conduct
Former New South Wales premier Gladys Berejiklian is launching a legal challenge against ICAC. She is appealing the watchdog’s findings that she engaged in serious corrupt conduct. Her current employer Optus says the findings have not affected her position. The company says they “predate her time”. The appeal will begin at a directional hearing in October.
