GLADWIN At its Regular Meeting n June 1, the Gladwin City Council voted 6-1 to offer Interim City Administrator Kimberly Hines a three-year contract with terms to be negotiated. Attorneys for Hines and the City submitted a contract and considering it was the first item on the Agenda under New Business at Monday’s Regular Meeting.
