NEW LONDON — The New London-Spicer girls basketball team changed the momentum in a hurry on Monday night. Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg went on a 9-0 run early in the first half to cut the Wildcats’ lead to 15-14. NLS followed that with a 23-3 run of its own for a 38-17 edge.
