WEST BEND, Wis.– The Girl Scouts of Wisconsin are increasing security after an employee’s husband was caught with drugs and weapons in their home at the campground. According to a criminal complaint, 48-year-old Paul Henry David was in possession of marijuana, mushrooms, and firearms within reach of the couple’s two children.
