YOUNGSTOWN — Brandon T. Kennedy, 32, of Girard, pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault in a Nov. 17, 2023, crash at Alameda and Juanita avenues on the North Side in which a 12-year-old passenger in his car was killed. Mahoning County prosecutors will ask Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Maureen Sweeney to sentence Kennedy to 8 to 11 years in prison July 11. Kennedy is free on bond. He will also ha…
