Ginowan City to Offer Subsidies for Utilizing Vacant Properties Within the City; Supporting the Establishment and Relocation of Offices; "We Also Encourage People From Outside the City to apply."

[Ginowan] Ginowan City will subsidize rent and renovation costs for new offices, additional offices, or relocations using vacant properties within the city. Rent subsidies will be available until February of next year (for a maximum of six months), covering up to half of the monthly rent with a maximum of 300,000 yen, and renovation cost subsidies will cover up to half of the cost with a maximum of 1,000,000 yen.
