Gilberto Santa Rosa will participate in Isabela Cultural Festival

As part of the acts of swearing in to a new quadrennial, the mayor of Isabela, Miguel Méndez Pérez, announced that there will be a Cultural Festival on Sunday, January 19, in the Manuel Corchado Juarbe public square.
