SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The fees for the state-owned shooting complex were set Thursday by the South Dakota Game Fish and Parks Commission. The permit fees are broken into several categories for the GFP Pete Lien & Sons Shooting Sports Complex in Rapid City. John Kanta of the GFP said the maintenance and operations cost will be an estimated minimum of $360,000 a year. The permits will generate revenue to help with those costs, Kanta said. …
