A Clearfield County man has been arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting a woman inside her Philipsburg Borough home in March.  According to state police in Centre County, 28-year-old Gage Swoope of Glen Hope, reportedly forced the victim onto her bed inside her home, where he allegedly raped her.  Swoope has been charged with rape by forcible compulsion and sexual assault.  He is being held in the Centre County Prison where bail has…
