Genomtec has established two special purpose vehicles - GMT ID and GMT Genomics, as part of a change in the organizational structure related to the M&A process - Genomtec informed in a press release. The companies will be contributed tangible and intangible assets related to the Genomtec ID project and the Onco-SNAAT product area, respectively.
