‘Genesis’: Barnett Shoddy Mills complex breaks ground on mixed-use development in Rensselaer

RENSSELAER, N.Y. — BBL Construction, local and state leaders, and more broke ground this week at the former Barnett Shoddy Mills complex, kicking off construction for the $27 million project.
