- General Mills Canada Corporation expanded the voluntary recall to include Pillsbury Pizza Pops in Canada with 'better if used by' dates from June 8, 2026, to June 15, 2026.
- Because of suspected E. coli O26 contamination, officials advised the Canadian Food Inspection Agency that recalled Pizza Pops products may not look spoiled and urged disposal or return.
- Included products range from single-serve 4-count to 30-count packs, including Pillsbury 3 Cheese, Pepperoni, Deluxe, 3 Meat, and Supremo varieties with UPCs such as 0 69052 12955 8 and 0 69052 46901 2.
- Consumers are being asked to check freezers and discard affected products, and General Mills said customers may contact Consumer Relations at 1-800-230-8103 or visit its website, as the Public Health Agency of Canada reported several hospitalizations across seven provinces.
