Gen. Kukuła: Russia will be deterred by an offensive, not defensive arsenal

"Defensive capabilities such as anti-missile defense are not something that will deter Russia from invading Poland. What can do is the feeling of inevitable retaliation and punishment and the possibility of us striking almost anywhere in the Russian Federation.
