Geely Auto Reports Record H1 2026 Revenue of RMB 173.6 Billion; Core Profit Attributable to Owners of the Parent Rises 46%

On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, Hangzhou-based Geely Automobile Holdings Limited announced record first-half 2026 financial results, reporting total vehicle sales exceeding 1.42 million units.
Revenue reached a record RMB 173.6 billion, rising 15% year-on-year, while core profit attributable to owners of the parent rose 46% to RMB 9.68 billion.
International expansion drove export volume up 158% to more than 474,000 units, as the Geely China Star series sold more than 580,000 units and the Geely Galaxy series sold nearly 520,000 vehicles.
The group currently operates across 114 overseas markets and is deploying a partnership-led globalization strategy alongside Volvo Cars, Proton, Renault Group, and Ford.
During the second half of 2026, the company will introduce the Geely TT and the rugged Geely Zhanjian 700 while accelerating electrification through advanced HEV technologies.
Chinese automaker Geely Automobile Holdings reported record sales and revenue growth in the first half of the year. With 1.42 million vehicles sold, revenue increased by 15 percent to 173.6 billion yuan. Overseas sales rose by 158 percent, while core profit increased by 46 percent.
