LOS ANGELES – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County increased two-tenths of a cent Sunday to $4.643. The average price is seven-tenths of a cent less than one week ago, 16.2 cents less than one month ago and 15.2 cents less than one year ago, according to figures from AAA and the Oil Price Information Service.
