Fort Worth ISD is calling for the closure of Edward J. Briscoe Elementary, S.S. Dillow Elementary and Morningside Middle School. District leaders proposed the elementary closures as well as merging Morningside Middle with a newly constructed William James Middle School, during an April 17 community meeting at Polytechnic High School.
