Premier Andrew Furey will celebrate a milestone for the West White Rose Project today. The event takes place at the Concrete Gravity Structure Graving Dock in Argentia, starting at 10:00 a.m.  Furey will be joined by Jon McKenzie, CEO of Cenovus.
