Funnel cloud spotted in Logan as rain, winds move through

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WOWK) -- A funnel cloud was spotted in Logan County Friday night, residents say. Video captured the funnel cloud that moved just south of Logan with a storm that had a Severe Thunderstorm Warning. The National Weather Service saw video of the cloud and says it matches up with radar data. The NWS also said trees were down in several spots across the county.
