(MANDAN) – Funeral services have been set for former North Dakota Deputy Attorney General Troy Seibel. Seibel, 48, died September 3. It’s unclear where he died or the cause of death. MANDAN, N.D. (KVRR-KFGO) – Funeral services are set for former North Dakota Deputy Attorney General Troy Seibel, who died September 3. An obituary says family and friends will gather Saturday, Sept. 21 at 11 a.m. at Dawise-Perry Crematory in Mandan. The obituary does not say how or where Seibel died.
