A procedural error in the customs declaration of a shipment of salad cutlery has led to the Funen company Rica A/S having to recall the cutlery. According to a press release, the error lies with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, and means that the cutlery must not be used. It must be returned to the store where it was purchased, or discarded. Upon return, the purchase amount will be refunded. The recall only includes batch PO101814.
