TotalEnergies Marketing France, two companies of the Rubis group and EG Retail were sanctioned by the Autorité de la concurrence to the tune of €187.5 million for having implemented a "agreement" in the distribution of fuel in Corsica.
The sanctioned entities "have put in place an anti-competitive practice capable of evincing their non-shareholder competitors", which as a result incurred higher costs, says the Autorité de la concurrence in a press release on Monday.
