Within the European Union, support for a new sanctions package against Russia continues to decline. Diplomats are consulting at a high level about this 21st package, but member states fear damage to their own economies, writes the Financial Times. "Member states are probably fed up with something new being added every time, and if it hits them hard, they no longer want to go along with it," says sanctions law expert Heleen over de Linden.
